Debt collection is an area of concern in the business world. In view of the constraints in the court system, we have set up a debt collection unit, which supplements and complements our court action against debtors. It is made up of debt collectors and investigators whose primary role is to pursue debtors aggressively. From our experience, a sizeable number of debtors respond if sufficient pressure is put on them.

Our investigators trace debtors and identify their assets as well as establish their financial standing. This mechanism also ensures that bad debts are identified early and proper measures put in place saving the clients legal costs. We have also very successfully done invoice discounting and debtors administration and managed to recover substantial amount of debts including time barred debts and we also conduct litigation matters, in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
